IMO its the funding that creates the uncertainty on the uptake. If it was a PBS system like ours, i wager the uptake will be 90-99% within 12 months.
Ultimately that is what i expect when it reaches our shores and the PBS.
I've never researched how the Europeans fund their drugs.
