I'm puzzled by the notion that "trofinetide royalties fall all the way to the bottom line".
If NEU is still a stand alone company in (say) the next 2-5 years, then they are going to have all sorts of things going on that will consume significant percentages of any revenue they are generating.
Try 4 phase 3 trials for those currently going through phase 2 just for starters (that's a lock).
Fragile X for ROW?
Treatment for autism?
TBI?
Concussion?
Part of me would love to see what might be possible if NEU was going to go it alone, but I just can't see that happening.
What a great journey it has been to date though.
