Thats how I understood your post: its a case of when not if, as in FDA approval is almost a foregone conclusion to the point where the concern surrounding whether FDA approves or not is overstated. It is an event critical at this juncture, but in the long term a stepping stone to unlocking greater potential and that shareholders should be comforted knowing any FDA approval anxieties currently swirling are incidental and soon to be extinguished.
