Could not agree more.
That is why (to me) NDA success is HUGE. If (in the unlikely event) it is rejected, it all comes crashing down, at least in the short/medium term.
I am counting my chickens when they have hatched.

When I think of it that way, I can determinedly say to myself - they WON'T be. When I think in terms of my own self interest ($$$'s), I am not so confident.]
