Like many others I have been invested in Neuren for over 10 years. When the deal with Acadia was announced in 2018 and because it was a back ended deal the market trashed Neuren. Those who did were in Neuren for the wrong reasons and were short sighted with the proof announced on Tuesday. At $3.90 the share price is now halfway to what common sense and Evans brokers now value it at $7.70. Based on that valuation a 50% premium for a takeover offer would mean ~$12.00 offered. Unfortunately I think that figure would have a good chance of success.
There is no accounting here for ROW sales of Trofinitide and the even more promising 2591 molecule. The buyer would get these for nothing?
IMO we are on the first rung of the ladder and I would prefer to keep climbing with Neu and what could be an incredible future.
