Broker report out today reducing their previous 95% likely NDA approval to 85% due to concerns around the validity of the RSBQ co-primary endpoint for assessing clinical severity. In saying that, they have increased their valuation to $8.70 now (based slight de-risk of NNZ-2591 due to recent trial update announcement- safety etc) and $9.50 if FDA approval is given.
Also note they do say that all experts they consulted remain optimistic that the drug will be approved.
