Thanks for that. A very interesting theory, well described. The draw down in the SP at this vital stage could be due to a predominant factor or a combination of multiple factors. Whatever, it is happening and for a reason. In addition, it was not expected (by me anyway), rather the reverse.
Two personal opinions:
1: It has absolutely nothing to do with 'inside knowledge', but it may be decreasing the confidence of some with the PDUFA closing in.
2: Whatever is lost now, will be reinstated upon the decision (I.e. if we were headed for $10 post decision, it will still happen on approval; if we were headed for $2 post decision, it will still happen on non approval.)
