It has been literally years of articles and professionals under-estimating NEU and coming up with new share price predictions that "have been slightly lowered due to [insert BS here]".
They have not really stopped and they almost make it seem realistic by not downramping too much, but just enough to spread doubt and make the less convicted holders even shakier
