Here's another perspective (for me) NOT buying more NEU at this time
16 yrs ago my SMSF bought (among other shares) NEU & CBA:
The Profit/Loss % to date is: NEU - 42.41% : CBA + 100.41% (not including dividends !)
I'll be happy if NEU recovers and becomes profitable (for me) but there's no incentive for me to buy more NEU now, especially with the SP being managed, or so it seems.
