Did this actually close at $13.46?
Obviously intraday trading doesn't count as a all time high.
I don't see any resistance right now. So I don't see that as a pivot point.
It's not like there was a CR at 13.46. That would definitely create resistance.
My guess is that funds are just controlling it so they can accumulate.
