Given the communications from Neuren regarding ROW rights negotiations stated they were advanced, the bones of a partnership structure has potentially been thrashed out already between Neuren and the parties involved (or at least potential partners reaching an understanding of what Neuren wants from the deal). The only specifics to plug into the deal was FDA approval and pricing of the drug. The way I’m seeing it is there is intense parrying back and forth between Neuren and the auction contenders now. I don’t think they’ve gone back to the drawing board, which in all honesty would be wasting everyone’s time.
