Regardless of the quality of the analysis, it is still certainly looked at by a large portion of the market and is therefore not worth disregarding. Definitely not worth making an investment based off of it, especially when we know the actual fair value is well above +$2 from the current share price!
Always happy for any broker/analyst to come out with a bullish report though, increases awareness of this company so that new investors can do their own research and realise for themselves the enormous potential here
