It is actually a positive that Morningstar has this rating - they often get it wrong, IMHO.
No one else is saying that Neuren is overvalued. The consensus is "Strong Buy".
Also - why sell and pay off your mortgage - keep the mortgage and buy another house (or two) next year!
NNZ2591 is the "superior" drug - Jon Pilcher has said that outright.
Acadia have now backed that up with $$$ behind NNZ2591.
