Tom, the reason I think that there is an agreed value of the takeover price subject to 2591 being successful in the first trial, which would form a minimum price in the case of no other interest of course... why would neu directors who have not put a foot wrong so far, grant Acadia full rights to 2591 in retts snd fragile x without such a price agreed to? I think it would be foolish to grant the rights to these two indications only with an agreement of an acceptable takeover price and risk loss of outside interest due to not being able to take 2591. as a whole.
