dumb question here:
why is a takeover the most likely (almost inevitable) path?
for a mega takeover, that means that 2591 is safe and effective. if not, then the $50+ t/o ain't happening. so let's suppose 2591 is what we think...
cash at hand should allow neuren to run a couple of ph3 at a time. readout a ph3 and start another one.
Spend $100M to buy or build the distribution arm in the states (let's copy acadia connect). alternatively, maybe even give a distribution company 5% or sales to provide the logistical and allied health contact services.
Reputation in pharmaceutical industry should be already good. so credibility in the neurodevelopmental space is high.
eventually list in the states, and neuren is mid size pharma playing in the big league.
