Kogarahboy, there are no bank guarantees, just a contract. The contract will have default clauses, and one will be for non payment. They will then need to make good or there will be termination. Let me just say, termination for Neuren at this stage would be much, much, much better than any protection a bank guarantee could provide. We won't have access to double digit royalties......we'd have access to everything.
