At a 1.6 billion market cap the instos are well aware of us. Right now however we are a one (exceptional) product company that has had a strong run. If you are relying on a single additional employee to drum up enough enthusiasm amongst retail buyers to create an enduring lift in share price enough to sway savvy and patient bp buyers into paying more than they think is necessary, I'd suggest that is pure speculation.
I can't name a high quality name on the ASX that hasn't suffered from a lack of recognition at some point in its evolution. Many of those had dedicated Directors of Communications or similar at the time.
NEUs time will come if it is warranted, and I believe it is.
