If they have the resources to compress the price for whatever reason, they also have the resources to inflate the price for whatever reason. It is just that the timing of this very moment dictates compression to realize their ends, which I assume is accumulation. Timings change accordingly. NEU is any easy read regarding their news flow i.e. not much until December, so the work for any Fund managers is now in preparation.
