dont think the drop lower in neu is anyway related to msb. fda decision for msb was last friday whereas Neu closed at 14.48 on july 20th and since then has closed lower 10 out of 13 trading days to be down almost 17% at todays close of 12.05. In other words, neu started dropping long before msb's woes began. Indeed if you zoom out, it started its drift lower mid may and its only been interrupted by the spike due to the row announcement on the 14th July. As others have stated, neu is simply unloved at the moment but the tide will turn, its just a matter of when.
