Semantics. There are nuclear weapons that are designed to implode by way of a decrease in volume and increase in density, thus causing it to reach a critical mass and then explode.
NEU is slowly decreasing in sellers, but the share prices is also decreasing thus we are getting a slow increase in density. Once COVID over= critical mass = explosion
