Team, In my discussions with the company, they will absolutely NOT use the current SP to guide them re any takeover offer. There is market consensus out there from sell side analysts which is around $20 plus. Add to this Neurens own internal valuation. Plus, but here I'm not 100% sure, I'd bet they have had an independent, third party valuation. Rest assured though, Neuren will have a valuation. Then you need to add takeover premiums etc
The answer, regardless of today's SP, will not be something in the $20s or $30s. That I'm 100% confident with......should 2591 succeed in its first readout, valuations will change and so will takeover premiums and so will the ultimate $ figure. Patience.!!!!
