IMO no offer will be provided - or entertained - until some more PhII results come out.
No doubt on the back of todays great result there will be some entities sharpening their pencil and furiously typing numbers in their excel workbooks and casio calculators - but I still think its too early for any offer that would reasonably be accepted by NEU.
Once a 2nd PhII result is positive and the company has a larger % chance of hitting PhIII for multiple Fast tracked treatments...I think the worm will turn quite quickly.
But for now IMO some are getting ahead of themselves...
