Well it really is up to the suitor/s to make an offer. The Risk is all theirs. Go early with a low offer or go early with a knockout offer. But another 1 or more suitors may just jump in. Then it is a bidding war. The longer they wait the bigger the starting number. The final number may end up the same though.
As Daybue royalties are only increasing, the cash in the bank is increasing beyond $300mil plus. Milestones to come and possible PRV and Jon is talking the talking about Phase 3 preparation for trial start end of 2024. Actually that was the CSO said it.
And the board just may say, nup offers are way too low. We will do it ourselves. Would you like to partner with an indication or 10?
Time is on Neurens side. Maybye not for some shareholders or Big Pharma companies.
