Imo I just can't imagine the same drug being licenced out to a dozen or more pharmas for 50+ different indications. At best it will be one pharma for each region for all indications but they won't have the synergy of a global BP. It would not be for the best interest of the patients. Trofinitide only has 2 indications on the table and I doubt it will be further developed once NNZ 2591 passes phase 3. The current licencing structure works for DayBue but probably not for 2591
