it all depends on how many shares you want and what price you're prepared to pay. There were 780,743 shares bought and sold on the market today at a VWAP of $22.759/share. The highest price today was $23.05. I'm sure you could have picked up at least 750,000 if you were prepared to bid more than that. There were plenty of profit takers in the market today, all driving the price down, since there were not enough buyers to match them. It wouldn't have been that hard to pick up some more shares today in a falling market, but if you're waiting for $20 shares again, then you've got a very tough time.
