The numbers I am coming up with based on those assumptions are truly mind boggling, and are far in excess of anything being discussed here so far. While I have included some assumptions on sales of Trofinetide in the rest of the world, I have not included any ROW sales for 2591. I have assumed similar partnering arrangements, upfront payments and royalty rates for 2591 in each of the indications being currently investigated as a base case. I am very interested to know if anyone thinks my assumptions are out of the ballpark, unreasonable widely optimistic etc. What would you change?
