I don't have the exact list you're after, but I understand the big pharma are all sitting on a boatload of cash.
According to this article https://www.barrons.com/articles/big-pharma-mergers-biotech-cash-51651844327 as at May 2022 "the cash balance of the top 20 biopharma companies combined is over US$300 billion". So I'd guess the answer to your question is probably at least half a dozen of them could afford buy Neuren at $100+ a share (and a great deal more) if they wanted to.
Note that even if you don't have all the cash on hand to cover a big deal there are many ways to leverage an offer higher than just your available cash.
