Can you please confirm that you have only applied the PE multiple (you have chosen 40) to ongoing net revenue excluding milestone revenue which by definition are one off.
I believe the correct methodology is to apply a PE of 1 to one off net earnings and your chosen multiple of 40 to ongoing net earnings.
I would check myself but am strugging with the font size in your post as your model is very large.
