On HC people use the term 'accumulation' way too often. Its like they need to reinforce something positive while the stock isn't going anywhere.
But I really think that, that is occurring here.
And it's professional. The stock isn't going up or down 10%. They seem happy at $23.
As for management. They would be running around stupid trying to get this year fully planned. I really don't expect to hear from them for months unless there's an offer we need to look at.
