Yeah no doubt and don't disagree that getting this to market quickly is key - but in the interests of transparency and honesty, I am not here for altruism, I am here to make money. If people benefit then that is a brilliant bonus and if you can do both then I think it's excellent but making money is the reason I invest.

I don't mean that callously but I am being honest. I satisfy my charitable/philanthropic needs in other, more direct ways.

I personally don't think it's an either / or proposition to be fair. I think we can walk and chew gum at the same time and it's why I think a straight TO works best for everyone. If BP come to the party, Investors get a premium on their investment and patients get access to a much needed treatment more expeditiously given their resources and reach.
