You keep saying that but it's not Jon's to sell. The company's shares are listed on the ASX therefore by definition they are for sale every day in a no reserve auction. Its not like we own a house where we can wait until the renovations are done before we put it on the market. We are already on the market. If a predator launches a hostile bid on market they wont be saying "pardon me. would you like to wait for a another trial result to drop?" If will be a case of coming ready or not.
