My best guess (still) is that SP is being suppressed.
Unlikely, but Acadia may still have time to sneak in a last minute t/o bid before P3 results. Considering current SP, $4-5 (say) may be pretty attractive to many of our our bigger holders.
Dresmin' I suppose.
