I like Serge's recent comments below:
"Obviously, what we are focused on is obtaining a positive result and statistical separation of both the Rett Syndrome Behavioral Questionnaire scale and on the Clinician scale. Rest assured, we are certainly preparing for all different scenarios in the background, but I don't think it would serve any good purpose for us to speculate what would happen if it happens"
Depending on what the P value is, we may sill see a NDA even if we only show statistical seperation in one of the measures. We may not even need to replicate P2 results for a NDA.
