If we were listed on the Nasdaq we would be valued at twice we are valued here however there are a couple of issues with that .
1.New Zealanders who own at least 20% of the stock have a very good position at present as all capital gains are tax free and if they transferred their stock to the Nasdaq the nasty capital gain clock would start ticking .
2.If it was listed the management would have to relocate to the USA.
3. To list on the Nasdaq the Americans would probably want to issue capital so they could get set but would dilute existing shareholders.
In view of the above I would prefer to sit pat and wait for the takeover to occur at $8 plus .
