I have not posted for awhile but I thought I note down a few of my observations on the company .
1. The company has never been in a better position .
2. Trofinetide revenue and NNZ2591 trials .
3. First NNZ2591trial was a tremendous result much better than the company was expecting and we are only about 7 weeks from the next trial readout .
4.Plenty of cash in the bank approx $230 million.
5.The Culper report was a load of rubbish and the report should be put in the bin .
6. There has been a lot of action in the pharma/biotech takeover space over the last 6 months with plenty of companies looking to extend their pipelines .The last figure I saw was that there was about $1.4 trillion in cash looking for a home .
7. The company has used most of their tax losses and will be paying tax going forward .
8. The PRV voucher which Acadia holds will be probably sold in the next 6 months if not sooner and NEU is entitled to approx $50 million Australian .
9. The Culper report caused a few retail investors to panic but these shares were picked up by the instos .
10. Personally I have been picking up more shares in the company over the last 3 months on the backfoot and I know that my friends and colleagues have been doing the same .
11.The top 20 shareholders own approx 55% of the stock and this has been increasing over time .If and when we get interest in the company the top twenty shareholders will most likely be guided by the directors and management in what is a suitable premium to the current price .
