There is no heavy insto (or any other sort of) buying
WAG - there is no heavy insto buying because there’s no stock available in the quantities they would want. LT suggested top holders are being approached as there just isn’t many willing to offload large quantities.
Eventually if they want in they’re going to have to pay for it at a premium.
