I keep coming back to Trevor Scott's comment at the 2023 AGM - that his work with Neuren would be done in 12 months.
Because he didn't elaborate further, we can only guess what he meant - but I took it to mean that he expected the Board would then be in a position to consider a serious t/o offer.
Given the Pitt Hopkins trial results are due to lob around his stated time-frame, one could further surmise that the Board had decided to await this result in the belief that it would replicate those from the PMS phase 2 trial.
