Without making predictions, I regard the current illiquid push down of the SP as a positive - this isn't being done in a vacuum. The brakes are certainly on and retarding potential increase due to market ignorance.
With two (now) near term strong uplifting possibilities in the wind this ignorance may vanish very, very quickly, with the prior capping reversing into a bidding war.
