This most recent video shows no sign that they've changed their tune on Neuren's prospects although others may know more. I am also of the opinion that De Silva would likely believe most of Neuren's future upside hinges on the progress of 2591. His analysis if I recall correctly had long-term persistency rates for Daybue lower than where they currently sit so a decline would not have him too worried.
