I'd add that the short position is 1.68% (2.1m shares) as of April 29th. It is a fairly small amount in the grand scheme of things (other stocks), but a reasonable amount given the volume that is traded each day. It already has been a good trade, or hedge for whomever parties that are short. They are either long as well and this is a partial hedge to limit downside, or they are risking losing their gains on two events in the near future. The negativity has lingered for months and that has exploited. Any sniff of something positive for Daybue, or an outstanding result for Pitt Hopkins could put that position in the red, very quickly
