Don't quite agree then.
Firstly, would it be legal to convert during a TH? Also, conversion takes time and money - e.g. RT converted his options through a share buy back, thus sacrificing a proportion of his options - this could not be done during a TH.
Secondly, why bother. There is plenty of time to convert, so wait for results and if the result is 'fail' just let them lapse.
