Not sure what your point is here:
"When in April will production expect to commence. 30/4/08? The board can claim that it is on time and on target....barely! This should be an indication of management's mettle"
Production commenced some time back and the first ore was mined on 31st March as per the announcment on the 3rd April...reference:

First gold pour will be this month. I cant see why the board couldnt claim they were both on time and on target?
