MMX already showed their hand. They went for Shares - Sinosteel went with cash.
Cash won in the end. Watch for all MIS holders to jump into MMX.
Don't think Mitsubishi wants to spend cash.
Plus MMX was caught in the dreaded CHM drama's at that time.
A reason why we withdrew because our share price was up the creek & sinosteel went we'll take it instead.
