Just some loose thoughts around the km per day

Some variables to consider:

• Driver hour regulations dictate that you can drive for 12 hours per day as long as you aren't pulling 7 day weeks (https://www.nhvr.gov.au/safety-accreditation-compliance/fatigue-management/work-and-rest-requirements/standard-hours)
• Speed limits for heavy transport is 100km/h (https://www.nsw.gov.au/driving-boating-and-transport/roads-safety-and-rules/heavy-vehicles/speed-limits#toc-speed-limits)

So let's say you're doing 100km/h for 12 hours straight - you do 1200km. To hit 426k total you'd need 356 trucks using the service. Revenue per km in Aus, I would expect, would sit around $2-4 on open road or $4+ metro. Would be interesting to see what % we charge (or is it a flat fee per delivery?) -- can't remember
