Nice to see you posting on another thread. Agreed its going to take some doing to get the SP off the floor but as i said in previous posts it will take time. They must achieve their goal of being cash flow positive this year


At the last agm PHK said that they had $20m worth of potential sales in the pipeline. I'd like to see a few of them come to fruition in the short term but unfortunately when you deal with Gov the wheels turn slowly

PHK need to build up these potential sales so that they can get some reasonable conversions

Dont forget to put mothballs in the drawer
