    Hi Maxter,
    In principle good. However I believe that the team Grant has assembled will be looking at every possible avenue to get early cash flow. This may well be part of the plan. But more importantly It is great that us long-termers now feel sufficiently motivated to put forward suggestions knowing that we have a Board who will listen and treat us shareholders with respect.
