    Some one keeps loading sell side with heavy volume.. There's some decent buying but one user keeps adding volume.. Price is kept at this level by manipulators.. Hopefully Engineers NFT or other project news soon will be released as its high time now. For long time, not a single good news has been released by ICI..
    Understand so much work is happening behind the scene but Market needs something now..
