EV/EBITDA of around 10 to 15 is industry average benchmark so LS could be valued as a standalone entity that generates north of $7m profit at around $100m market capitalisation is my estimate, which is double the $45m we acquired it for:
i think the next 6 months should see shareholders handsomely rewarded!
would be good if management comments on these IPO rumours!
