@jakierussell i think this move will unlock Lemon Sky's true value by setting it free to flourish, far away from the negative sentiment some vocal ICI holders currently have towards KWL, ICI's overall web3/NFT strategy & blockchain/crypto in general; so separating the highly profitable LS art & animation WFH business along with the large projects they're creating internally that have blue sky potential (namely Metal Genesis) should provide ICI with a fat cash profit on the $45m we invested, while also providing LS with capital from the IPO to grow bigger, quicker.
win, win if KWL & the board can pull it off
