Yes I have been thinking a bit more about this whole IPO situation and Im not so sure it's the best way forward for us shareholders.

Basically we will free up some cash and loose let's say 49% of our main asset to raise a quick buck and then what?

We are still be in the same position nothing has really changed

whats Icandy got or will it be worth without Lemonsky? I know we will still have 51% of LS , but what happens when we need more cash or they decide to buy another studio?? Cash + a slice of our share of Lemonsky ?

Look at what's happened with Fat Fish and Icandy as an example.

Why would we want to sell our main asset now is almost CFP that has the potential to be a top class studio and make us millions , is about to release our first nft and AAA game in the next few months , it doesn't make sense.

Surly we will have to vote be fore a decision like this is made.
